Is it good to run even if your whole body is sore?

Like yesturday i workout sick like i went from squats, to seated row(lat workout), to benchpress, to incline bench press, to decline chestflys, to dips, and then to abs workouts and today am sore and i was told to let those muscles recover nd rest but yet again i want to know if its good to run 2miles, even when you are sore? Please help and answerr
