What can cause seizure-like episodes that doesn't show up in a blood test?

for the last 10 years i have had 12 seizure-like episodes. we have differing opinions on what they are . they are just like petit mal seizures and i have a family history of epilepsy but i have had 4 doctors tell me they aren't seizures but anyone that has seen me have one says they are seizures. the 4 doctors have not seen me have one. i have had countless cat scans and at least 3 EEGs, an EKG, a heart monitor and countless blood tests. noone can figure out what is with wrong with me. can anyone help me figure this out?
