Halfpipe plans needed, please help.?

I am goin to build a Halfpipe/Mini ramp, first of all is 8ft x 8ft too big for the middle section? Also it is goin to be 4ft in high, so I was wondering how to you peg the marker so that you can draw the curve/transition?
