I am 16 and was wondering if i could get a medical marijuana card. I have been diagnosed with epilepsy?

I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of about 9 and i get muscle spasms in the corner of my eye and i also get seizures. i only get petit mal seizures and the muscle spasms in the eye will continue to happen for about an hour sometimes. would I be eligible for a medical marijuana card
