Should I let my ten-year-old watch le portrait de petit cossette?

she has seemed to really want to watch it, but she is scared easily (SHE WAS SCARED BY THE MOVIE CHUCKY) but she doesn't mind dark, creepy stuff. rating doesn't matter, though i could not find one for this anime.
